Returns Policy
- Returns: Pink Rabbit Adult Boutique will only replace items that are confirmed to have a manufacturing defect. In such a case, you may return the defective product to us for either a replacement or an online credit. For efficient processing of returns, it is recommended that you keep the product packaging during the warranty period. To return a defective product, it must be done within 30 days of purchase, unless stated otherwise. Before making a return, it is advisable to contact us to discuss the issue. If a product is found to be defective, it will be replaced with an identical item. If a replacement is not possible, customers will have the option of choosing a different product of equal value or receiving a refund for the full amount of the faulty product.
- Change of Mind Policy: Due to the intimate nature of our products, Pink Rabbit Adult Boutique does not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been purchased but no longer wanted due to a change of mind. Customers are advised to make informed purchasing decisions.

- Return Fees: Standard postage fees apply to all returns. In the event of a defective product, the replacement will be sent to the customer at no additional cost within 5 working days of receipt by Pink Rabbit Adult Boutique.
